State of Amsterdam

An ongoing collection of small, self-published zines made from my walks through Amsterdam.

Each issue contains eight photographs: fragments of streets, encounters, details, and moments that might otherwise disappear into the everyday.

The State originally started as a non-commercial collective zine showcasing the work of so many other people who, like me, walk through Amsterdam every day.  The zines were only available as hard copies in a limited (50 to 100 max), one-off edition. I've also made some other State of ... zines and published these under the Raw Sniffer Dogs umbrella.
